Founder & CEO

A former martial arts instructor/competitor, Richard Pamplin graduated with a degree in marketing and became a full time entrepreneur in 1989, after viewing an infomercial about achieving wealth with real estate. After years of failing to duplicate success through the use of standard infomercial training books, tapes and seminars, resulting in a bankruptcy in 1997, Richard coined the term, “Shrink-Wrapped Garbage” and began his quest for an experienced MENTOR. Within a short time he was able to generate seven-figures in real estate transactions, and the rest is history. In 1999 he became a top ten national money earner in a successful Network Marketing company, training many others to duplicate his success. He also founded NetWorth CashFlow Systems to train other serious entrepreneurs in the art and science of effective real estate investing. Many of his students have produced Millions of Dollars in real estate transactions, creating financial freedom for themselves and their families.

In 2001, he became a top ten earner again with another company, teaching and coaching others to achieve six figure incomes within their first six months. The launching of NetWorthUSA is the culmination of his ultimate dream, combining the three most powerful industries in the history of free enterprise: The leverage and financial power of Real Estate, the ultimate marketing distribution channel and wealth creation potential of Network Marketing and the new mega-growth trend, Internet Webucation. “This is by far, the most ground-breaking business model in history, and we’re seeing the results as people change their lives through our program. Mr. Pamplin makes his home in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Deborah, and two daughters, Larah and Lindsey.

 

Chief Operations & Customer Service

A successful investor/entrepreneur in his own right, John Lewis brings extensive experience to the table as Chief Operations Officer and head of Customer Service. Mr. Lewis served in the U.S. Navy from 1980-1984, and served as team leader aboard the U.S.S. Puget Sound in Operations over seas, overseeing the electrical operations team. He served as lead operations officer for D. Barry, Inc. Construction firm, managing the lead teams in commercial projects. John’s sole motivation is to create success through service for all our associates.

Mr. Lewis makes his home in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Cathy, and his two daughters, Ravyne and Devin.

 

Sales & Marketing

Diana Cass brings with her many years of expertise in the fields of sales and marketing. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin in 1996, she was recruited by the USAA Corporation as an account executive. In 1996 she was co-owner and operator of PowerPlex Gym, in charge of marketing, sales and operations. In 1997 She entered the world of Network Marketing and quickly gained the reputation for being a master implementer. Putting her initial experiences as a business owner and Network Marketing field distributor to use, she became a top sales leader, achieving a top sales position in only three months, as well as qualifying for her first bonus car, a new Lexus, in the fastest time allowed by her company’s compensation plan.

In October, 2004, she joined as an independent marketing representative with NetWorthUSA, and in only four months, was able to reach a status that enabled her husband to retire from a twenty-four year career in the San Antonio Police Department. She now serves as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer with NetWorthUSA, where her attention to detail and commitment to associates in the field has distinguished her as a top player.

Mrs. Cass makes her home in New Braunfels, Texas with her husband Gary.
